Moose Jaw police say officers conducted an operation in the Lakeview Trailer Court on Thursday afternoon.

Police asked residents of the trailer court to stay in their homes until the operation concluded, according to a news release from the Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) around 1:30 p.m.

Around 6:45 p.m., another MJPS news release said the police operation concluded and residents were able to leave their homes.

Motorists were also asked to avoid the area Thursday afternoon while the operation took place, but can now freely enter the area.

MJPS said there were no injuries as a result of the police operation but said they would release more information once it becomes available.
