Following an investigation, a second person has been arrested and charged in relation to a homicide in Regina. Around 12:20 p.m. on April 10, officers were called to a residence in the 400 block of East College Avenue for the report of an injured man, according to a release from the Regina Police Service (RPS). When crews arrived, they attempted life-saving measures on the man, but EMS pronounced him dead at the scene. An investigation was launched, which determined the death to be a homicide. James Dubois, 36, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on April 10 for the death of 42-year-old Christopher Seaton. On Thursday, April 17, Alexandra Dubois, 38, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder. She will make her first court appearance on this charge on May 27, 2025.
