ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP OVER THE NEXT DAY IN THE PRAIRIES, AND WILL SIT NEAR SASKATOON BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
