WHEN: BEGINNING AROUND DAYBREAK ON THURSDAY AND LASTING UNTIL THURSDAY EVENING. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP OVER THE NEXT DAY IN THE PRAIRIES, AND WILL SIT NEAR SASKATOON BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. SOUTH OF THIS LOW, VERY STRONG WESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED FOR MOST OF THE DAY. IN ADDITION TO STRONG WINDS, DRIER AREAS MAY SEE RESTRICTED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING DUST.
