A total of seven people have now been arrested and charged in connection to a homicide that took place in Regina on April 24. Officers were called to the scene on the 800 block of Victoria Avenue at around 5:30 a.m. They found an injured man who was declared dead a short time later. Three suspects have already been arrested and face charges including first degree murder. According to a news release from the Regina Police Service (RPS) on Tuesday, 19-year-old Priscilla Irene Cyr was arrested just after 5 a.m. She has been charged with first degree murder and failure to comply with disposition after a warrant was issued for her arrest, making her the fourth suspect charged with murder. Additionally, three more suspects have been arrested and charged in connection to the death, police say. Leslie Ann Thorne, 28, was charged with forcible confinement, Miranda Kay Jasmine Pasqua, 37, was charged with obstructing a peace officer and accessory after the fact to murder, and Amanda Rae Twardy, 37, was charged with accessory after the fact to murder and breaching a conditional sentence order. Cyr will make her first court appearance on Wednesday morning. Pasqua and Thorne made their first appearances on Friday, April 25 – while Twardy made her first court appearance on Wednesday, April 30, according to police. The identity of the deceased has not been publicly disclosed at the request of the victim’s family. The death marks Regina’s 3rd homicide of 2025.
