Yorkton RCMP are asking the public for help locating a woman with cognitive disabilities who has been missing since Thursday morning. Liza Rioch, 53, was last seen on Bradbrooke Drive in Yorkton around 10 a.m. wearing black pants and a grey short-sleeved t-shirt, according to a release from Saskatchewan RCMP. RCMP say officers have been checking places Rioch is known to visit and following up on information received, noting that she is known to function at a younger age level. She is described as five feet five inches and 183 pounds with brown eyes and short brown hair. Anyone who has seen Rioch or knows where she may be are asked to contact Yorkton RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
